jesse is lapsed scientist who lives and works in new york city. jesse earned a b.a. in biology at lehigh university, a ph.d in bacterial genetics at the university of virginia and studied the evolution of microbial communication as a postdoctoral fellow at new york university
always eager to experiment with variables, his photography explores the interplay between the conceptual and the mundane with a focus on the subtle interactions of people with their environment
